What advice would you give to a new employee at Sony Pictures Entertainment?

I would tell anyone starting out in this industry that it takes a lot of patients and persaverance to get any where be it working at Sony or anyplace else. My best advise is do your job well, pay your does, never complain outloud about your job no matter how bad you feel it may be, and you will succeed in the end.
