What's your ideal work environment?

My ideal work environment is one in which I feel challenged, mentally and creatively, to always bring out my best. The ideal environment encourages me to express my creativity, and encourages me to always reach new and higher goals. The ideal work environment is also a place where I feel comfortable just being myself, a place where I feel like I can have a lot of fun while I'm working, a place where I truly enjoy what I am doing. The ideal work environment is a place where I can come together with others and cooperate as a team with a sense of accomplishment, that we have accomplished something good. I've had a number of great experiences encountered on the sets of some very fascinating films. I've met interesting people, observed movies being filmed, and enjoyed some quite tasty meals at the craft services table.
