Shortly after my first anniversary as a casting director, I had the pleasure of including Debra McCarthy on my team as casting assistant on a few indie films (a feature, two shorts, an investor reading) and as a production liaison for Hollywood Happy Hour. Within just a couple of years, her own reputation as an indie casting director has taken off in a way that demonstrates the skill set I saw in Deb years ago. She's organized, professional, and FUN to work with. An asset to any film's team! :)
