What's your ideal work environment?

I enjoy working with interesting people. I do well with clients in positions of power because I'm straight to the point and get the job done. My clients are up-front and honest in their business dealings. I put 110% into my deals. One attorney client once joked, "you lose all the sleep, so I don't have to".
