What are the top three things affecting our industry today?

Politics. We are in the business of entertainment and profit. When political opinions start flying you ostracize those who have differing viewpoints and the bottom line accordingly. One can profess to be an artist or working because of the love of the work but it truly is about economics.

Economics. The cash flow is substantially choked by those who can afford the best lawyers. The trickle down theory is not working.

Failure to survey and understand what the public wants for entertainment. We foist acts that may suit the East or West Coast but that precludes a substantial portion of the country who possess as much wealth. Leave out Denver, Dallas and Chicago and you have walked away from millions. Better understand what the public wants and you will enjoy greater profits.... read more

Administrator of three or more incredibly challenging Subcontracts as part of the first LNG Refinery in Yemen. Living in a remote site with 9000 locals, negotiating and managing the ebb and flow of contract fights through aggressive yet precise and fluent contract documents.

How would you describe your time at Embry Riddle Aeronatautical...?

A real challenge but very rewarding. I was in the Army Special Operations at the time and had to balance school, work and real world deployments. And all before the laptop was a huge factor. Does anybody else remember when Powerpoint didn't exist?
