Fast-paced, friendly, open and exciting environment.

professional yet laid back

Writing from home and traveling for research. The internet is great, but you can't smell or hear or feel through the internet.

My ideal work environment is open and friendly, a place where people feel free to be themselves to create and participate.

Unstructured, improvisational, out-of-office, surprising.

One where not everyone's not too serious. Of course, I don't want them to take any of the entertainment industry as a joke, as it is a very hard place to work, but I would say that I would have to have a cast and crew that has a decent sense of humor (if you can define that =] ) but they also know when to be serious and crack down, even if it is just because we were clowning around too much. Also, they should be generally nice, of course, no one wants to work where the people are mean, or boring for that matter. I have a sense of humor, and hate it when I work with people and they don't have one, or they do and take their work too seriously to let it show. So, overall, a fun, yet serious environment. As long as you can have fun and do what needs to be done while having fun. Did I mention sense of humor? :D...

Warm weather

My ideal work environment is somewhere that allows me to be creative. I want to work someplace that has values and treats employees fairly. As long as I enjoy going to my job I would consider it an ideal environment.
